Initial Consultation We start with a call to get clear on your goals, current routine, and what's worked or hasn't worked in the past. This is how I make sure everything I build for you is actually built for you.
Workout Programming Every 4 weeks you receive a fully customized training program based on your goals, available equipment, and how many days a week you want to train. No generic plans — just a program designed around your life.
Nutrition Guidance You'll receive personalized calorie and macronutrient targets along with practical guidance on how to hit them. Simple, sustainable, and tailored to support your training.
Check-ins + Support Weekly text check-ins to track progress and keep you accountable, monthly calls to review your program and make adjustments, and open access to message me any time you have a question.
